What’s covered?
Built around covered installation and mount failures, with clear limits for customer damage and outside work.
TV or mount replacement
Covered failures include corrective labor, qualifying TV replacement, and replacement of defective Arorix-supplied mounts.
Wall repairs
We repair qualifying wall damage caused by a covered failure.
One year of coverage
Coverage starts on the original installation date at the original address.
Covered
- Improperly secured mounting hardware or incorrect installation methods
- Defects in TV mounts or mounting hardware supplied by Arorix (Arorix mounts only)
- Corrective labor and repair or replacement of defective mounting hardware
- A TV that falls because of a covered defect or installation error, replaced with equivalent size and specifications
- Wall damage from a covered failure, including patching and paint
You can report a suspected installation problem before anything falls or gets damaged.
Not covered
- Pulling, hanging, climbing or excessive force
- Accidental or intentional damage, misuse or negligence
- Unauthorized adjustments, relocation or third-party work
- Unrelated internal TV or software problems
- Pre-existing wall or structural conditions
- Defects in a mount or hardware you supplied
- Water, fire, electrical events or other outside causes
An exclusion applies only to the damage the excluded event caused. It doesn't cancel coverage for an unrelated installation defect.

We review and inspect
Arorix reviews the report and arranges an inspection when needed. If the TV looks unstable, keep people away until then.

We explain what's covered and complete the corrective work, repair or replacement the warranty includes.

Is the warranty included with TV installation?
It's included when you buy the $99 Arorix full-motion mount. If you supply your own compatible mount, you can add the warranty for $49.
Why does the Arorix mount cost $99?
The $99 includes the full-motion mount and the one-year installation warranty, which costs $49 on its own.
What does the warranty cover?
With an Arorix mount, it covers qualifying installation defects, defective Arorix-supplied mounting hardware, corrective labor, and the specific TV or wall damage described in the full terms. With your own mount, it covers our installation and the TV or wall damage an installation error causes, but not defects in your mount.
What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover misuse, pulling or excessive force, unauthorized changes, third-party work, unrelated TV problems, pre-existing conditions, or outside causes. Read the full terms before purchase.
How do I request warranty service?
Call Arorix at (859) 421-9511. Have your installation address, date or invoice number, and a description of the issue ready. Photos or video can help when safely available.
